After experiencing the challenges and limitations of existing child care options firsthand with our own two children, we decided to create a better solution. We're currently incubated at NSRCEL, IIM Bangalore, and are a registered startup with Startup India.

No, we do not offer live-in nannies. One of our key criteria for selecting nannies is that they must be mothers themselves. Given this, they prefer to return home after their shifts to spend time with their own children. This also allows us to tap into a pool of high-quality talent. Our platform includes teachers, nurses, and tutors who are dedicated to engaging and caring for your child during their work hours.

Every time your nanny is on leave, we send you a fully trained back-up nanny at no additional cost, even if it is for a single day of leave or a week or longer. That way your day is not disrupted by these unforeseen events.

Our nannies are focussed solely on child-related tasks such as engaging the child in productive play, massaging, bathing, feeding the child, preparing the child's food, sterlizing the bottles (if needed), changing diapers, putting the child to sleep and organizing the child's room. Please be aware that our nannies do not perform general household chores like cooking, washing dishes, cleaning bathrooms, sweeping and mopping even as a one off. This ensures the highest quality of care for your child.

All our nannies are fully trained in all aspects of childcare. They are taught about safety, hygiene, massaging techniques, bathing techniques, how to put the child to bed, how to feed the child, how to sterilise bottles etc. Apart from this, we ensure that our nannies come with police verification. Also, they are fully trained and certified in infant and child CPR and first-aid by doctors from Manipal and Apollo Hospitals.

The price you see on the app is all inclusive. There are no other fees over and above that.

Yes the long term nannies get Sundays and important festivals off to rest and recharge and provide the best possible care sustainably through the week.

If you are going on a holiday, your nanny will continue to be paid in full during your absence. This policy is in place because, in a long-term booking, you represent the nanny's primary source of income. Ensuring their earnings remain stable during your absence helps maintain a committed and dependable relationship. Conversely, if your nanny needs to take leave, we provide either a suitable replacement or a refund for the duration of their absence.

A nanny who gets booked on a long term booking will not be visible to other parents to prevent conflicts. Given that high-quality nannies are in great demand (we get 10X the number of parents vs. nannies on our platform), we recommend that you book your preferred nanny as soon as possible to avoid missing out.
