REFUNDS AND TRANSFER POLICY

 

 

You can terminate the service without providing any prior notice by clicking on the appropriate section on the Supernan mobile app. There shall be no refund of any fee paid in the event of cancellation/non-utilization of services by you.

 

No refund will be given for periods where any booking is unfulfilled due to illness or holidays on part of either Party, or if a term is shortened or a vacation extended for any reason outside of our control.

 

No request for refund or downward revision of the plan shall be entertained otherwise than in accordance with this policy.

 

Transfer policy

 

The parent hereby agrees that the booking taken for the aforementioned programs is non-transferable.
