At Supernan, we prioritize providing the highest level of care for your children with a pricing model that reflects the unique skills, experience, and location of our nanny partners.

I. Regular Nanny Service

  1. Monthly Package

    We offer three tiered packages depending on the required number of hours per day, available six days a week:

    • 8 hours/day - Pricing varies. Please check the app for your specific pricing.

    • 10 hours/day - Pricing varies. Please check the app for your specific pricing.

    • 12 hours/day - Pricing varies. Please check the app for your specific pricing.

 

II. On-Demand Nanny Service

Our on-demand services are available for a minimum of 4 hours. This service is designed to accommodate your occasional needs. Pricing varies. Please check the app for your specific pricing.

III. Supervision and Updates Service

We understand that, as parents, you like to be updated about your child's activities even when you are away. Therefore, we offer an optional live supervision service:

  1. Live Supervision and updates - Pricing varies. Please check the app for your specific pricing. Includes continuous live feed on the app.

IV. Security and Compliance

We maintain the highest degree of security and compliance standards in childcare software. Rest assured, your data privacy is our utmost priority, and we will not monetize your data.

V. Terms and Conditions

  1. Prices are subject to change with a 30 days' notice.

  2. Prices do not include any third-party charges that may apply (e.g., transportation, meals).

  3. Payments must be made in advance at the beginning of each billing cycle.

  4. Late payment may result in suspension of services
